Join neighbors near Raymond Park on Upland Road for our annual Halloween Parade!

Raymond Park won’t be open in time for the annual event, but to keep the neighborhood tradition alive, our neighbors on Upland Road between Raymond Street and Newell Street have organized a block party.

Join us to show off your Halloween costume and prepare for a fun night of trick-or-treating!
